Our wireless chargers are compatible with all Qi-enabled devices, including iPhone 8 and later, Samsung Galaxy S6 and later, and most modern Android smartphones.
Will a phone case affect wireless charging?
Most standard cases up to 3mm thick work fine. Very thick, metal, or magnetic cases may interfere with charging.
What is the charging speed?
Our chargers support 5W standard and up to 15W fast wireless charging depending on the model and device.

My charger is not working. What should I do?
Check that your device is Qi-compatible and your case is not too thick. Try a different power adapter of at least 10W. If the issue persists, contact us and we will resolve it quickly.
