1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories and components included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted
2. 30-Day Delivery Guarantee
All orders are shipped with free shipping and processed within 1–2 business days (48 hours). If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the shipping date, you are entitled to a full refund or free reshipment — no questions asked. 3. How to Request a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence — no exceptions
- Approved cases will qualify for a full refund, partial refund, or replacement depending on the situation
- Claims submitted without sufficient evidence will be declined
5. Return Shipping Costs & Customer Responsibility
- The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs to our designated return address — in all cases except confirmed defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly sent items
- Return shipping must use a trackable courier service — Chargenest24 is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
- If a returned package is undeliverable due to an incorrect return address provided by the customer, all re-routing costs are the customer's responsibility
- Chargenest24 will only cover return shipping costs where the item is confirmed defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly fulfilled by our supplier
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item:
- Return the original item following the process above
- Place a new order for the desired product
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Products showing any signs of use or tampering
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Personal care or hygiene-related products
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Opened electronics where the seal has been broken without a valid defect claim
8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing takes 5–10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

9. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact our support team. If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
10. Customer Responsibility After Delivery
Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier:
- Chargenest24 is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery
- Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and accurate delivery address is provided at checkout
- In cases of suspected theft or loss after delivery, the customer must file a report with local authorities and provide the report number before any claim is reviewed
- Claims of non-delivery where tracking confirms "Delivered" will require a carrier investigation before any resolution is offered
11. Abuse Prevention & Fraud Protection
Chargenest24 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward return abuse, fraudulent claims, and bad-faith disputes:
- All orders are tracked with full shipment and delivery confirmation records
- Photo or video evidence is mandatory for all damage, defect, or incorrect item claims — no exceptions
- Claims submitted without sufficient evidence will be automatically declined
- Customers found submitting false, exaggerated, or repeated fraudulent claims will be permanently banned from our store
- Unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with full tracking evidence submitted to the payment provider — repeated offenders may be reported to relevant authorities
- Returns arriving damaged, used, or with missing components due to customer negligence will not be refunded and will be returned at the customer's shipping expense
- Chargenest24 reserves the right to refuse service to any customer showing patterns of abuse or bad-faith behavior
12. European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, the following strict conditions apply:
- The customer must notify us in writing at support@chargenest24.com within the 14-day window
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in 100% original packaging with all accessories included
- The customer bears the full cost of return shipping back to our designated return address — this cost is non-refundable
- Items showing any signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery will not qualify for withdrawal and will be returned to the customer at their expense
- Refund will only be issued after the item is received and fully inspected — not upon request
- Digital products, opened electronics, and hygiene-related items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law
