5. 30-Day Delivery Guarantee (New) If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the shipping date, you are entitled to a full refund or free reshipment — no questions asked. Please contact us at support@chargenest24.com with your order number to claim this guarantee.
6. Tracking Information All orders include tracking information. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates after shipment.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, reshipping fees, or returned packages. Chargenest24 is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
